There are thousands of different barcode and RFID scanners available in the market. At ASSETtrac we have experience of implementing systems with many types of scanners. We don't reccomend a particular scanner until we understand what your particular requirement is (See Free Consultancy).
However, for general purpose barcode scanning applications we often reccomend the Cipherlab 8000 series. This scanner is cost-effective, robust and easy to integrate with existing, new or bespoke systems.
